The cutest little puppy

Image
Met this gorgeous little puppy whilst out photographing for the Serenity Project yesterday. It was interesting to watch her being trained by her owner and to see her respond so obediently to his whistle commands. As you can see, she is waiting patiently for her owner's next command.  Such a beautiful and intelligent dog and such a joy to watch.

Serenity Project - February 2018

Welcome to February's Serenity Circle. The Serenity circle is a collaborative project consisting of a number of multi-genre photographers from different parts of the world who come together on the 3rd Wednesday of each month and share images relating to peace and tranquillity.

I love to collecting notebooks and recording all sorts of notes re: photography in each of them. Hubby surprised me yesterday with a couple of gorgeous new notebooks for Valentine's Day. He knows me so well  😊

Cream of Celeriac Soup

Image
It was really cold today so I decided to make something warm and tasty for lunch.  I purchased a celeriac and set about making Cream of Celeriac Soup.  I've been meaning to make it for ages, so today was as good a day as any.  It's super simple to make and really delicious served with crunchy bread and butter (optional).  Just the thing to heat you up on a cold winter's day or to serve friends if you have them around for lunch / dinner.... yes, it really is that good! Click here if you would like the recipe.
